|400 g||ground beef|
|250 ml||Indian tikka masala sauce|
|100 g||canned kidney beans|
|50 g||Gruyère cheese|
|100 g||iceberg lettuce|
|vegetable oil for frying|
|sour cream for serving|
|cilantro for serving|
|lime for serving|
Peel garlic and onion. Mince garlic and finely dice onion. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic and sauté for approx. 2 – 3 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add Indian tikka masala sauce to the beef, reduce heat and let simmer for approx. 3 – 5 min. Add kidney beans and let simmer for approx. 2 – 3 min. more, or until sauce has slightly reduced.
Grate Gruyère cheese and slice iceberg lettuce. One after another, layer flour tortilla with iceberg lettuce, beef-bean mix, and grated Gruyère cheese. Serve with sour cream and cilantro. Season with lime juice, if desired. Enjoy!
