- 500 g beef
- 1 canned diced tomato
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion (cut in small pieces)
Cut beef in cubes and fry for short time in preheat pan with oil. Remove beef from pan, in the same pan add onions, fry till brown, then add garlic to fry for one minute. After add canned tomatoes and fry another 5 min.
- 1 beef stock
- white pepper
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp rosemary
If you have pressure cooker it’s more quicker to make this dish. In cooker add fried beef, fried onions with garlic and canned tomatoes, add 2 glasses off water with beef stock. Salt and white pepper to taste. Rosemary and chilli powder add to it too. Cover cooker, press position meat for 20 min. *If you don’t have cooker add all things in deep pan and on low heat cook 40min with closed lid.
- 1 potato (cut in cubes)
- 1 carrot ( cut in medium pieces)
Off cooker, take out steam and open lid, stir beef and add potatoes with carrots, close lid and on same position cook again for 15 min if potatoes are in small pieces or for 20 min if potatoes are in big pieces. *If you cooking in normal pan just add carrots and potatoes and cook for 20 min with closed lid.
