Tumeric leaf
½ stalk
lemongrass
250 ml
water
½ tbsp
salt

    Heat the pan and add cooking oil

    • ½ stalk lemongrass

    Sautee

  • Step 3/ 5

    • 125 g Pes Rendang Cili Api Auntie TIM

    Cook until oil has risen

    • 1 kg beef
    • 100 g coconut milk
    • ½ leaf Tumeric leaf
    • 250 ml water

    Add beef, coconut milk, tumeric leave and water

    • ½ tbsp salt

    Cook till the beef tender than add salt
