|1 tsp||olive oil|
|4 tbsp||soy sauce|
|120 ml||red wine|
|200 g||lentils (cooked)|
|200 g||green beans|
Prepare all ingredients by chopping onion, carrot, and celery. Make sure you have everything else ready to go.
In pot, sauté carrots, celery, onion, then remove from pot and set aside. Brown the pork sausages on both sides.
Add all the ingredients including the sautéed vegetables. Simmer over low heat until the sausages are cooked through. Steam the green beans in a separate pan.
Plate the dish adding the green beans on the bottom, then the lentils, and top with pork sausage and fresh herbs. Bon appétit!
