Banana Cake

Step 1/5

• 75 g Banana

Mash banana into lumpy paste.

Step 2/5

• 8¾ g Oil
• ¾ Eggs

Add eggs and oil and stir until well mixed.

Step 3/5

• ⅛ tsp Salt
• 7½ g Sugar
• ¼ pinch Baking Soda
• ¼ tsp Baking Powder
• 31¼ g Flour

Sift the dry ingredients and add it into the banana batter little by little.

Step 4/5

Mix until fully incorporated.

Step 5/5

Transfer it into a baking mold and bake it in 180c oven for 35 minutes
