Sugar
50 g
Golden Churn Butter

Eggs
⅛ cup
Fresh squeezed Orange Juice
1 tbsp
Sunquick
¼ tbsp
Orange Zest
Step 1/ 6
- 50 g Flour
- ⅛ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
Sift flour, salt and baking powder.
Step 2/ 6
- 36 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sunquick
- 50 g Golden Churn Butter
Cream butter, Sunquick and sugar until pale.
Step 3/ 6
- ¾ Eggs
Add eggs one by one.
Step 4/ 6
- ⅛ cup Fresh squeezed Orange Juice
- ¼ tbsp Orange Zest
Once the eggs are fully incorporated, add the dry ingredients and the orange juice mixed with orange zest.

Mix until no lump.
Step 6/ 6
Transfer it into a baking mold and bake in an 180c oven for 30 minutes.
