    • 50 g Flour
    • tsp Baking Powder
    • ¼ tsp Salt

    Sift flour, salt and baking powder.

  • Step 2/6

    • 36 g Sugar
    • 1 tbsp Sunquick
    • 50 g Golden Churn Butter

    Cream butter, Sunquick and sugar until pale.

  • Step 3/6

    • ¾ Eggs

    Add eggs one by one.

  • Step 4/6

    • cup Fresh squeezed Orange Juice
    • ¼ tbsp Orange Zest

    Once the eggs are fully incorporated, add the dry ingredients and the orange juice mixed with orange zest.

  • Step 5/6

    Mix until no lump.

  • Step 6/6

    Transfer it into a baking mold and bake in an 180c oven for 30 minutes.
