coconut oil

maple syrup
⅛ cup
almond milk

confectioner’s sugar
½ tsp
vanilla extract

butter

Step 1/3
- ¼ package GoNanas banana bread kit
- ⅛ cup coconut oil
- 1½ bananas
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- ⅛ cup almond milk
Make the banana bread according to package instructions in 2 cake pans. Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 2/3
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 cups confectioner’s sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ cup butter
While the cake is baking make the cream cheese frosting by beating together the cream cheese and butter first until creamy, then adding vanilla and confectioners sugar one cup at a time until creamy.
Step 3/3
Frost the cake and top with cinnamon and cut up banana.
