Ingredients

Pieces:-18+
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
eggs
1 pinch salt
bananas
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
  • Step 1/8

    Preheat oven to 350°F (176.7°C)

  • Step 2/8

    Spray a bread pan with cooking spray. Spread with paper towel if necessary.

    In a large mixing bowl, mash 3 bananas with a fork

    • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
    • eggs

    Combine wet ingredients with bananas

    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 1 tsp baking soda

    Stir in the sugar, baking soda, and pinch of salt.

    • 2 cups flour

    Combine flour with wet ingredients. Mix until few lumps remain.

    Pour batter into bread pan, and bake for 1 hour

  • Step 8/8

    Cool 10 minutes on wire rack before removing bread from pan. Cut into 18 slices.
