Preheat oven to 275. Spray a 9 x 13 pan. Mash bananas with the lemon juice and set aside. Mix flour, baking soda & salt and set aside. Cream butter & sugar until lightly and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time and add 2 vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the butter milk and banana mixture. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and place in freezer for 45 min.
For the frosting beat the 1/3 cup softened butter with one package cream cheese softened, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 3 1/2 cups of icing sugar￼ until smooth.
