Banana Bread

Step 1/6
- 2 bananas (overripe)
- 100 g bread flour
- blender
add overripe or frozen banana and sugar in a blender and make a puree
Step 2/6
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- bowl
put the banana puree in a bowl and add oil .mix it well
Step 3/6
- 75 g dark brown sugar
- 75 ml olive oil
- ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
add all the spices and mix well
Step 4/6
- ⅛ tsp bread spice
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
add flour and seeds and fold nicely into the banana puree mix
Step 5/6
add into lightly greased pan and put in preheated oven for about 30 min
Step 6/6
when your bread does not stick to knife when inserted in the bread ...it is ready take out of oven. rest it for 5 minutes .cut in peaces and serve
