Whisk olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, bay leaves, raisins, and olives in medium bowl.
Score the chicken breasts to allow marinade to penetrate. Add chicken to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350
Arrange chicken in single layer in baking dish. Whisk the honey and wine into the reserved marinade and pour the marinade over the chicken. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
