Baked banana with apple chips

Preheat oven to 160°C/320°F (convection). Peel and halve bananas lengthwise, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Core apples and slice into super-fine rings. Place alongside bananas.
Sprinkle cinnamon over bananas. Then bake everything for approx. 15 min. at 160°C/320°F (convection).
Halve the bananas, transfer to plates together with apple chips. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and pour agave syrup over bananas. Enjoy!
