    • 2 cob English muffin

    Cut the muffin in half and grill the two slices in a toaster until they’re warm and fairly crisp.

    • 2 tsp hummus
    • 4 slices chorizo
    • 1 avocado
    • kettle

    Put the kettle on and prepare a small saucepan to poach the egg. While the kettle is boiling, spread the hummus on the muffin and add the chorizo (optional) and avocado.

  • Step 3/3

    • 2 egg

    When the water is boiled, put it in the saucepan, on the stove, add some white vinegar and drop the egg in. When it’s done, put it on top of the other ingredients and enjoy :)
