|3 tbsp||olive oil|

Mince garlic and chili. Chop parsley and set aside. Add chickpeas, garlic, chili, tahini, cumin, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with olive oil. Garnish with parsley and chili flakes, and season with salt to taste. Enjoy!
