    • ½ chili
    • 5 g parsley
    • 125 g chickpeas
    • tbsp tahini
    • ½ tsp cumin
    • tbsp olive oil
    • ½ lemon
    • 25 ml water
    • salt
    • pepper
    • citrus press
    • blender
    • cutting board
    • knife

    Mince garlic and chili. Chop parsley and set aside. Add chickpeas, garlic, chili, tahini, cumin, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
