Ingredients

Pieces:-2+
bagel
15 g smoked salmon
½ avocado
⅓ baby zucchini
1 tbsp olive oil

Utensils

  • Step 1/3

    • ½ avocado

    Chop the Avocado in half and remove the stone. Then scoop out the flesh and smash it with a fork. Add a splash of olive oil and some salt and pepper. That is your smashed Avocado.

    • ⅓ baby zucchini
    • grater

    Cut the Bagel in half and add to the Toaster. Grate the Zucchini, preferably small, and add to a small pan with a splash of olive oil on a medium heat.

  • Step 3/3

    • 15 g smoked salmon
    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    After a minute or so remove the Zucchini from the pan and add to a bowl. When the Bagel is done add the smashed Avocado then top that with the Smoked Salmon. Finally add the grated Zucchini to the top of each Bagel. Add a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. This is your finished meal.
