  • Step 1/4

    • ½ tsp ginger
    • 1 tbsp Sriracha
    • tbsp soy sauce
    • tbsp honey

    Pre heat oven to 450° Add fresh ginger, Sriracha, soy sauce and honey together in a bowl. Mix until Incorporated, set aside.

  • Step 2/4

    • cup flour (for coating)
    • 1 tsp ground ginger (for coating)
    • 1 tsp garlic powder (for coating)

    Use garlic powder and ground ginger to make a seasoning, season the chicken, then add the rest of the seasoning to the flour in a separate bowl. Toss wings to coat.

  • Step 3/4

    Place wings on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, flip wings and bake for 25 more.

  • Step 4/4

    Toss wings in sauce From set-aside bowl and enjoy. Don’t forget the dipping sauces your choice.
