Step 1/3
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- Blackened seasoning
- Old bay
In a large bowl add shrimp and spices. Let shrimp marinate for ten minutes. (Season to taste)
Step 2/3
- â…” lb shrimp
- â…“ cup butter
Heat a large non-stick pan to medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Once the pan is hot, coat the pan with half cup of butter and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque or charred. Remove from pan & set aside. Do not over-crowd the pan.
Step 3/3
- â…” avocado
- â…” bag Spring mix
- â…” cucumber
- Wonton strips
- Makoto Ginger Dressing
Toss all of your salad ingredients together. (You can add any vegetables you please however I personally like to keep it simple because of the intense flavors from the blackened shrimp & Ginger dressing) drizzle ginger dressing evenly then toss until combined. Top with shrimp, avocado & wonton strips.
