red onions
200 ml rice vinegar
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp ginger
2 tbsp sugar

    • red onions
    • knife
    • glass jar

    Cut in thin slices the onions, and put them in a jar

  • Step 2/6

    • 200 ml rice vinegar

    Cover the onions with the rice vinegar

  • Step 3/6

    • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
    • 1 tsp ginger
    • 2 tbsp sugar

    Add the soy sauce, the sugar and the ginger.

  • Step 4/6

    Put the lid and mix it.

  • Step 5/6

    Put in the fridge and wait 24 h

  • Step 6/6
