artichoke hearts
12½ cl
crème fraîche
1 tbsp
mayonnaise
¼
lemon
¼ package
Parmesan cheese
1 dashes
white pepper
½ dash
cayenne pepper
Step 1/ 7
- 375 g artichoke hearts
Chop roughly, 2 cans of artichoke hearts.
Step 2/ 7
- 12½ cl crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Add creme fraiche and mayo.
Step 3/ 7
- ¼ lemon
Add juice and zest from halv a lemon.
Step 4/ 7
- ¼ package Parmesan cheese
Add grated parmesan cheese.
Step 5/ 7
- 1 dashes white pepper
- ½ dash cayenne pepper
Season with white pepper and cayenne.
Step 6/ 7
When all ingredients are combined, put mixture in an oven safe dish. Add more parmesan on top.
Step 7/ 7
Bake for about 20 min or until the cheese is golden.
