Mix oatmeal flour and rice flour with baking powder in a separate bowl.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Add sugar to the yolks and beat for about 5 minutes, then add butter (of room temperature) and beat again. Then gradually add the flour mixture and beat again.
In a separate bowl mix whites with a pinch of salt. They should “stand”.
Using a spatula, add whites into the dough (gradually)
Grease the form with butter and pour the dough in. Spread apricots on top.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
