rolled oats
400 ml
unsweetened almond milk

apple
2 tbsp
creamy peanut butter
4 tbsp
nuts

soft dried and pitted dates
1 tsp
ground cinnamon

pot, cooking spoon, cutting board, knife, bowl
Step 1/3
- 100 g rolled oats
- 400 ml unsweetened almond milk

- cooking spoon
Add oats and almond milk to a pot. Boil until soft but not too creamy or dry. The oats will keep cooking after removed from the heat. Stir occasionally.
Step 2/3
- ½ apple
- 4 tbsp nuts
- 4 soft dried and pitted dates
- cutting board
- knife
Meanwhile slice the apple. Roughly chop dates and preferred nuts (almond, peanut or cashew)
Step 3/3

Place oats in a bowl. Top with apple, dates, nuts and peanut butter. Add a dash of cinnamon. Voilà.
