Cut the apples into chunks and add baking paper to a baking tray

- 29⅛ g demerara sugar
- ⅓ tbsp golden syrup
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- 8⅓ g sultanas

Melt the butter with the apples, cinnamon, sugars and sultanas into a saucepan over a medium heat and combine

- 37½ g rolled oats
Add the oats to the saucepan and remove from the heat. Combine well. If the mixture is too sloppy add extra oats.

Pack the mixture into the baking tray and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown

Cut into slices and serve warm or cool.
