Amazing quick choc-chip cookies

Preheat the oven to 190°C

- 13Ÿ g Vegan butter
- 25 g brown sugar
- â tsp vanilla extract
- wooden spoon

Cream the butter sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl

- â tbsp cornflour
- â tbsp water
- jug or cup
Mix the cornflour and water in a small jug or cup

Mix together the cornflour mix and butter mix

- 22œ g all purpose flour (plain flour)
- â pinch salt
- â tsp baking powder
- â tbsp cocoa powder (vegan)
- wooden spoon
Add flour,salt, baking powder,cocoa powder and mix well
Step 6/10
- â bar vegan chocolate
Break up the bar of chocolate into small pieces
Step 7/10
Add the choc chips into the mixture
Step 8/10
Roll into 16 balls and place on a greased baking tray

Bake for 10- 15 minutes

Store in an airtight container for up to 2-4 days
