Almond overnight oats

- 50 g gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 2 banana
- 100 ml unsweetened almond milk
Take a bowl and add the GF rolled oats and flaxseeds. Smash the banana with a fork until a purée texture, add this to the oats together with the milk and stir all the ingredients. Cover it and let it rest overnight. Next day, take your bowl and start adding your favourite toppings such as fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, mango) and dried fruits and any seeds. You can also add any butter in case you have and want extra protein. To finish, make sure your bowl is full of colours and enjoy it.
