5-ingredients Pan Bread

- ½ tbsp active dry yeast
- 90 ml warm water

In a bowl mix yeast, 1/2 tbsp of sugar from 40 gr, warm water and mix until combine.
Wait for 5 to 10 minutes, the yeast should begin to form a creamy foam on the surface of the water.
- 40 g active dry yeast
- 1 pinch Salt
- 190 g flour
Add remaining sugar, pinch of salt and mix well. Then add flour gradually, beat to form a soft dough with your hand.
- 30 g margarine
Add margarine, knead until the dough smooth. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, divide dough and fill with chocolate or cheese. Roll them into balls, cover and let rest for another 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes, heat up pan for low heat and put the dough. Push gently and once the colour turns brown, flip to other side.
