“As a native Hawaiian with Japanese and German roots, I like to cook exotically and internationally, but of course I love Hawaiian dishes the most! This ahi poke bowl is a classic, and it tastes best eaten on the beach with friends and beer. This recipe has been slightly adapted from the original for the home chef.”
