Step 1/ 3
- ÂĽ bananas
- ÂĽ cups Oats
- fork
- bowl
- measuring cup
Smash bananas with a fork in a medium size bowl until a smooth consistency is reached and all noticeable lumps are out. Pour in your oats one cup at a time, stirring in between each cup (at first it may seem like it is not coming together, but keep smashing and mixing the mixture with your fork).
Step 2/ 3
- nonstick cooking spray (for greasing)
- measuring cup
- baking sheet
Divide the mixture into 16 equal balls and pop them in the oven on a greased baking sheet at 350 degrees for 3 minutes. Take the baking sheet out and use the bottom of your measuring up to squish the balls into a cookie shape (if you make them in a cookie shape before hand I find that they break in the process of doing so) and pop the cookies back in the oven for another 12-14 minutes.
Step 3/ 3
Once cookies are finished, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool for at least two minutes. Serve as a fun breakfast, a craveable snack, or as a healthy dessert option. Hope you enjoy!
Enjoy your meal!
