Large apple
⅔
Tortilla shells
1 tbsp
maple syrup
⅔ tbsp
brown sugar
⅓ tbsp
lemon juice
⅓ tbsp
brown sugar (for sprinkling)
maple syrup (for serving)
yogurt (for serving)
Step 1/ 6
- ⅓ Large apple
Peel and chop apple
Step 2/ 6
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ⅔ tbsp brown sugar
- ⅓ tbsp lemon juice
Combine in bowl with chopped apple
Step 3/ 6
- ⅔ Tortilla shells
Dump on to 1 of the tortilla shells and cover with the other
Step 4/ 6
- ⅓ tbsp brown sugar (for sprinkling)
Sprinkle brown sugar on top
Step 5/ 6
Bake in 375f oven for 10 mins, or until brown sugar is caramelized.

- yogurt (for serving)
Serve with yogurt and maple syrup. Enjoy!
