Place the pork belly slices onto a heated frying pan without oil.
Grill both sides of the pork belly until it turns brown.
Put the pork belly on a chopping board and cut it into small dices.
Grill the diced pork belly again on a frying pan.
Set aside when the pork belly is cooked as shown in the photo.
Wipe away the excessive pork fat with kitchen towel.
Beat two eggs separately on the same frying pan and whisk the egg yolk slightly.
Place the fried eggs at the bottom and then the pork belly. Squeeze the ketchup, mayonnaise and okonomiyaki sauce at your choice. Sprinkle the nori and place a small amount of bonito flake at the top.
