Ingredients

sweet corn (cooked)
1 tsp
butter
¼ tsp
Red chili powder
¼ tsp
Cumin powder
2 tbsp
lemon juice
¾ tsp
chat masala
¼ tsp
salt

Utensils

2 bowls, frying pan

  • Step 1/8

    • 1 cup sweet corn (cooked)
    • bowl

    Boil 1 sweet corn kernel in water for 5 minutes

  • Step 2/8

    • frying pan

    After it's boiled , transfer the cooked corn to kadai (pan).

  • Step 3/8

    • 1 tsp butter

    Add butter and roast on medium flame for 2 minutes

  • Step 4/8

    Roast till the smell turns aromatic

  • Step 5/8

    • bowl

    Transfer to a bowl and cool for 5 minutes

  • Step 6/8

    • ¼ tsp Red chili powder
    • ¼ tsp Cumin powder
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • ¾ tsp chat masala
    • ¼ tsp salt

    Add chilli powder, cumin powder, chat masala, salt, lemon juice

  • Step 7/8

    Mix everything well

  • Step 8/8

    Finally spicy corn chat is ready!!
