- 600 g green zucchini
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt and pepper

- 1 red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
Cut in small pieces

- 300 g pre-cooked buckwheat
- 4 eggs
Mix in one bowl

Mix all ingredients together
Step 5/5
Fry the fitters in a hot skillet over medium heat, on each side until golden brown
