- ¼ ml tomato purée (passata)
- ¼ tbsp lemon juice
- 250 g ground chicken
- 160 g gluten-free rolled oats
- 3 slices cheese
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 250 tbsp béchamel sauce
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp sugar
- ¼ g butter
- ¾ slice onion
- ¼ slice garlic
- ⅓ tbsp lemon juice

Put the butter and put the onion in the fry pan, mix until maxture

Already brown and put the garlic mix until maxture

Put the ground chicken and mix together with onion and garlic

Seasioning sea salt,sugar,garlic powder and pepper, cook 3-7 minutes
