    • 2 green zucchini
    • 2 tbsp salt
    • 2 tbsp pepper
    • 1 onion
    • ¾ scoop flour
    • 1 egg

    Chop the zucchini, put in a bowl and add the salt. This allows for the water in the zucchini to come out. After 20 minutes, squeeze the water out of the zucchini using a towel or cloth. Chop the onions and zucchini into fine pieces. Next add all ingredients together by mixing - using a bowl. Make palm sized patty’s. Next get a frying pan and add oil. Fry each patty on medium heat until crispy.
