Grease two 8x4 inch pans.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.
In a mixer, beat eggs, sugars, vanilla and oil together until smooth.
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Grate the zucchini then squeeze out the juice. Stir into the batter along with the chocolate chips. Pour batter into pans. Bake 40-60 minutes. Enjoy!
