Preheat oven to 150°C/300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- 300 g confectioner’s sugar
- 2 ground cinnamon

Add ground almonds, powdered sugar, and cinnamon to a bowl and stir together. Add egg white and almond extract and work into a dough. Roll out with a rolling pin on a surface dusted with flour. Press out star shapes.

Beat the egg whites with sieved powdered sugar for the meringue and spread the mixture on the cinnamon stars. Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes. Enjoy!
