Yummy vanilla buns
Ingredients

2 hand mixers with beaters, wooden spoon, ice cream scoop/tablespoons , metal skewer and cooling rack

- 19⅛ g sugar
- 19⅛ g salted butter
- hand mixer with beaters
Turn the oven on to 180° fan. Cream together the butter and sugar.

- ⅓ eggs
- wooden spoon
Beat in the two eggs until combined

- 19⅛ g Self-raising flour
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- hand mixer with beaters
Then mix in the self-raising flour and the vanilla extract and set aside the mixture.

- ice cream scoop/tablespoons
Put 12 cupcake cases in a cupcake tin and put mixture in the cases with a ice-cream scoop or two spoons.

- metal skewer and cooling rack
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until gold brown, stick a skewer in to the buns to make sure that they are baked. If they are baked then take them out of the oven and leave for 5 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack
