Ingredients

Pieces:-12+
115 g sugar
115 g salted butter
eggs
115 g Self-raising flour
1 tsp vanilla extract

Utensils

  • 2 hand mixers with beaters
  • wooden spoon
  • ice cream scoop/tablespoons
  • metal skewer and cooling rack

    • 115 g sugar
    • 115 g salted butter
    • hand mixer with beaters

    Turn the oven on to 180° fan. Cream together the butter and sugar.

    • wooden spoon

    Beat in the two eggs until combined

    • 115 g Self-raising flour
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • hand mixer with beaters

    Then mix in the self-raising flour and the vanilla extract and set aside the mixture.

    • ice cream scoop/tablespoons

    Put 12 cupcake cases in a cupcake tin and put mixture in the cases with a ice-cream scoop or two spoons.

    • metal skewer and cooling rack

    Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until gold brown, stick a skewer in to the buns to make sure that they are baked. If they are baked then take them out of the oven and leave for 5 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack
