|80 g||vegan white vanilla chocolate|
|80 ml||espresso (cold)|
|450 ml||spelt almond drink|
|¼ tsp||sea salt|
|vegan chocolate shavings for serving|
Roughly chop white chocolate. Add chopped chocolate, espresso, spelt-almond drink, and sea salt to a blender and blend on high for approx. 1 min., or until combined.
Divide shake evenly into two glasses and shave more vegan chocolate on top. Enjoy!
