Season the steak with Salt and Pepper. Heat a pan on Medium/High heat with Olive Oil. Sear the steak on both sides.
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash Pepper
Combine the ingredients for the steak marinade.
Pour the marinade over the steak and allow to rest while you prepare the lettuce and mayo.
- ½ head Napa Cabbage
- 1 dash smoked paprika powder
- 1 dash rice vinegar
- 2 drops Sesame Seed Oil
Shred the lettuce with a large knife and season.
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp wasabi paste
Whip the Wasabi into the Mayo for a spicy kick.
Toast the tortillas with Olive Oil in a hot pan.
Slice the steak into thin strips
On the toasted tortilla, spread Wasabi Mayo, sprinkle seasoned lettuce, and line the top with sliced, marinated Steak.
