175 g flour (self-raising)
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp caster sugar
egg
250 g full-fat Greek yogurt
3 tbsp milk
1 drop vanilla extract
1 scoop frozen fruit
1 pinch salt

    • 175 g flour (self-raising)
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 2 tbsp caster sugar
    • 1 pinch salt

    mix together dry ingredients

  • Step 2/6

    • egg
    • 250 g full-fat Greek yogurt
    • 3 tbsp milk
    • 1 drop vanilla extract

    mix together wet ingredients

  • Step 3/6

    whisk wet ingredients into dry until a uniform fairly thick batter is ready

  • Step 4/6

    heat pan to middle heat (not too hot) and warm up oil or butter

  • Step 5/6

    • 1 scoop frozen fruit

    stir in frozen berries into batter

  • Step 6/6

    fry roughly 1 tbsp size portions of batter as American style pancakes/'oladya', until the surface starts showing bubbles. then flip and fry for roughly one minute or until golden brown on both sides. add oil or butter between batches.
