carrots
2 tbsp
garlic
2 head
onion
2 head
tomato
2 clove
ginger
butter
sesame oil
oyster sauce
salt to taste
sesame seed and chili flakes for garnish

  • Step 1/6

    • butter
    • sesame oil

    heat butter and sesame oil

  • Step 2/6

    add garlic, onion, tomato and ginger. mix til fragrant

  • Step 3/6

    add veggies and stir fry

  • Step 4/6

    add a dash of oyster sauce. salt n pepper to taste

  • Step 5/6

    once vegetables are cooked, set aside. fry egg

  • Step 6/6

    add egg on top of the veggies. enjoy!
