Dice garlic, onions and carrots and throw in a large pan with some olive oil
Once onions softened, shop mushrooms and pepper and throw in the pan
After about 5/10 mins add beans, tinned tomatoes, seasoning and soy sauce, add any extra seasoning you want ie chillies, pepper, paprika etc
Let simmer for approx 20 mins or longer if you want the flavours to develop more, add any extra soy sauce/seasoning to taste
