Ingredients

Servings:-2+
⅓ stalk celery
½ l onion
½ l potato
200 g pasta (of any kind)
5 dashes curry powder
20 g olive oil
½ l carrot
10000 g water
1 l tomato
1 sprig dried basil leaf
3 tsp Salt

  • Step 1/4

    • ⅓ stalk celery
    • ½ l onion
    • ½ l potato
    • 5 dashes curry powder
    • 20 g olive oil
    • ½ l carrot
    • 10000 g water
    • 1 l tomato

    Chop the carrots, celery, tomato, and potatoes. Put the chopped tomatoes into a pot add the olive oil and water.

    Simmer with the lid closed for about 15 minutes or until tomatoes are soft

  • Step 3/4

    • 1 sprig dried basil leaf
    • 3 tsp Salt

    Add the salt basil leaf and curry powder stir and cook on medium heat for another 5 minutes

  • Step 4/4

    • 200 g pasta (of any kind)

    Add the pasta let it cook for 10 minutes or until pasta is desired wellness. Serve and enjoy!
