Chop the carrots, celery, tomato, and potatoes. Put the chopped tomatoes into a pot add the olive oil and water.
Simmer with the lid closed for about 15 minutes or until tomatoes are soft
Add the salt basil leaf and curry powder stir and cook on medium heat for another 5 minutes
Add the pasta let it cook for 10 minutes or until pasta is desired wellness. Serve and enjoy!
