Vegan Sweet Potato Brownies
Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius. Grease baking tray with vegan margarine.
- 240 ml Sweet potato puree
- 275 ml creamy peanut butter
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
Heat nut butter until stirable. Mix with sweet potato puree and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- 120 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g Dark chocolate chips
- 50 g black cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 dash salt
Mix all the dry ingredients in a seperate bowl.
Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Put the mixture evenly onto the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool for about 1 hour.
