Ingredients

240 ml Sweet potato puree
275 ml creamy peanut butter
1½ tsp vanilla extract
120 g flour
100 g sugar
50 g Dark chocolate chips
50 g black cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 dash salt

    Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius. Grease baking tray with vegan margarine.

    • 240 ml Sweet potato puree
    • 275 ml creamy peanut butter
    • 1½ tsp vanilla extract

    Heat nut butter until stirable. Mix with sweet potato puree and vanilla extract in a large bowl.

    • 120 g flour
    • 100 g sugar
    • 50 g Dark chocolate chips
    • 50 g black cocoa powder
    • 2 tsp baking soda
    • 1 dash salt

    Mix all the dry ingredients in a seperate bowl.

    Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.

  • Step 5/5

    Put the mixture evenly onto the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool for about 1 hour.
