Vegan Rosemary Cheese

Step 1/6
- 50 g cashews
Soak cashews for 3 hours
Step 2/6
- ½ clove garlic
- 1 tbsp Tapioca starch
- ½ tbsp nutritional yeast
- ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- 50 ml water
- blender
Strain the nuts, add all the ingredients (except rosemary and pepper) to a blender and blend until smooth
Step 3/6

Put the mix into a saucepan and mix constantly until it thickens
Step 4/6
- baking dish
Line a small round baking dish with paper and add the mix
Step 5/6
- ½ sprig rosemary
- ½ pinch pepper
Garnish with pepper and rosemary
Step 6/6
Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes or until the top starts to brown
