Ingredients

Vegan burger patty
Seeded buns
Vegan cheese slice
5 g iceberg lettuce
10 g Onion diced
10 g vegan mayonnaise
5 g ketchup
5 g mustard
5 g Gherkin
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Utensils

  • toaster
  • Skillet
  • Step 1/4

    • Seeded buns
    • toaster

    Lightly toast your buns face down until crispy

  • Step 2/4

    • Vegan burger patty
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp pepper
    • Skillet

    While your buns are toasting heat a skillet with your oil and season your patty’s with your salt and pepper.

  • Step 3/4

    • 10 g Onion diced
    • 5 g ketchup
    • 5 g mustard
    • 5 g Gherkin

    Cook your patty’s for 10-15 mins flipping occasionally, while your are doing this make your burger sauce( only use 5g of onion)

  • Step 4/4

    • Vegan cheese slice
    • 5 g iceberg lettuce
    • 10 g vegan mayonnaise

    Take your cooked patty’s and start to assemble your burger, using the cheese lettuce and remaining onion. You can add any other ingredients you like.
