“This is one of my favorite vanilla pudding recipes. It is easy, and it doesn't require that many ingredients! You can make this simply at home.”

1¼ cups milk
8 tsp white sugar
1½ tbsp cornstarch
⅛ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
ground cinnamon (for garnish)
fresh mint sprig (for garnish)

    In a saucepan, put sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Then stir in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly over medium heat. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until mixture thickens. Stir in vanilla.
