Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Wash, peel and slice the pears.
Sprinkle already sliced pears with lemon juice and leave aside.
Melt the chocolate in a low heat. Let it cool for couple of minutes.
Eggs, sugar, olive oil, salt, vanilla extract, baking powder, flour and already melted chocolate combine in a food processor. Whizz until evenly mixed into a cake batter.
Spray your springform pan.
Arrange the pear slices on the bottom of the springform pan.
Spoon the batter over the pears and smooth it.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes.
Turn the cake out onto plate, pears facing up. Cut into 8 pieces. Enjoy!
