Ingredients

1 lb shrimp
3 cloves garlic
½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup baby spinach
½ cup canned diced tomato
1 tbsp Butter
¼ cup basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
  • Step 1/4

    • 1 lb shrimp
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

    Add butter to a skillet on medium-high heat. Swirl to melt. Add shrimp. Season with Italian seasoning and cook til pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.

  • Step 2/4

    • 3 cloves garlic
    • ½ cup canned diced tomato
    • 1 tbsp Butter
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp pepper

    Add 3 tbsp butter and garlic to skillet. Add diced tomatoes and seasoning with salt & pepper. Cook for 3 mins

  • Step 3/4

    • 1 cup baby spinach
    • ½ cup heavy cream

    Add a handful of baby spinach. Once spinach is wilted, add heavy whipping cream.

  • Step 4/4

    • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
    • ¼ cup basil

    Add the Parmesan cheese and the basil. Turn the heat down to low and let it simmer. Stir for 3 minutes or til cheese is melted. Serve over noodles or by itself.
