|1 tbsp||grated fresh ginger|
|175 ml||almond drink|
Heat water and turmeric in a small pot over medium heat. Add ginger and stir to combine, then add nutmeg.
Continue to cook until the mixture reduces to a paste. Add almond drink and whisk until smooth. Let cook for approx. 2 min. more, then add honey and remove from heat.
Transfer to a serving mug and dust with cinnamon. Enjoy!
