pie dough
eggs
600 g quark
300 g strawberries
150 g sugar
2 tbsp starch
30 g butter
1 tbsp butter
lemon peel
vanilla sugar

    Preheat the oven to 180°

  • Step 2/4

    • 600 g quark
    • 150 g sugar
    • 2 tbsp starch
    • 30 g butter
    • lemon peel
    • vanilla sugar

    Mix the ingredients

  • Step 3/4

    • pie dough
    • 300 g strawberries
    • 1 tbsp butter

    Spread topfen on strudel dough and then spread strawberries on top. Roll up the strudel and brush the top with butter.

    Bake for 40mins
